Question:   What is the best way to re-heat BBQ?
   
Heating Instructions
When Vacuum Sealed – Do not break seal until after meat has been re-heated – Defrost prior to reheating:

  1. Remove vacuum-sealed package from refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for ~ 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  3. Place large aluminum/metal pan onto a sturdy baking sheet.
  4. Place vacuum sealed BBQ into the aluminum/metal pan. DO NOT BREAK THE VACUUM SEAL.
  5.  Add HOT water from tap to pan until the vacuum-sealed BBQ is submerged.
  6. Cover pan with aluminum foil
  7. Place the aluminum pan on the baking sheet into the preheated oven
  8. Reheat to preferred internal temperature (USDA recommends reheating internal temp of 165o for brisket & poultry & 140o for pork)
